The OPEN- Fashion project held its official kick-off meeting in Barcelona last February, bringing together all 8 partner organizations from Europe and the Southern Mediterranean.
During the 2-days meeting, we:
- defined our strategic roadmap, project’s objectives, expected results
- Set the strategic direction and clarified roles and responsibilities
- Investigate and develop innovative training approaches that integrate digital tools and sustainable practices.
- Shared local insights to better understand sector needs across different countries
- Established a common framework for quality, management and communication
Project partners are now working on the research phase, which will aim to identify best practices for the twin transition in the fashion design sector. More updates will follow in the coming weeks.
